Palmer's Skin therapy oil and kittens

I have used the Palmer's skin therapy oil for the scars on my right hand . About five of those. I bought this oil at Guardian Pharmacy for RM 26.88. There were other oil like Bio-Oil . I used mainly for the blemishes ,my neck and my legs.  The blemishes or scars had not faded maybe not yet since I have just used the oil for about two weeks. Sometimes I try to use the oil  three times a day sometimes less. I have used about half of the 60 ml bottle.  The blemishes fade oh so slowly , actually I wanted to get a Fade out cream but the pharmacist at Guardian said that the cream has been discountinued.

Someone had left a kitten at  near the windows of my room. It was howling one night and when I looked out the curtains, a tiny kitten was trapped between the windows. It leapt into the room the second day and now she is staying in the house. She does not want to eat cat biscuits and her name is Fifi . She is like most of my cats is a gentle sociable kitten.  She plays with another black faced kitten I called Moomoo.

About 3 weeks ago, my father had gotten ill and  was very weak. All my siblings were worried ,called and came back. Now he is much better but he felt tired most of the time. My brothers came to visit and Zahid called . All my sisters came back to see my father . Sadd too came back with her daughter , Dina. My father  was very happy and he got up . 

One of those days when Yati and Nas came back ,  we went to the Good Evening Bangkok in One Utama  which was near the Paddington house of pancakes. This restaurant too is under the same flagship  as the  Just Thai restaurant. The food is tasty and all of us enjoyed the fare.The restaurant is large and lovely.  Here are some photos and I hope you will like it. Nowadays I am back to watch old You Tube videos on makeup brushes. I think this is  a  seasonal hobby of mine .

Safi Rania Gold Scrub

This is another product from the Safi Rania Gold . It is a scrub which I use once every week. I think this is a gentle enough scrub. You have to wash your face first. I like this scrub. It is not so abrasive. The price is about RM 15.00.  Nowadays the pigmentation on my face has lessened. I do not agonize about it so much. I think I will  continue to use the De Wajah range.

De Wajah Skincare

I bought De Wajah basic skincare for normal skin  which  comprise of cleansing milk, cleanser ,toner and day cream one month ago. A few weeks later I bought their night cream called  Soul cream.  It works well with my skin , sometimes there are some redness but nothing serious.  These range of  products are  easily available at most shops or kiosks selling Malay products or  online.  I like their daycream which is very soft as it acts as a foundation. Their soul cream too , is nice .  They have their makeup range and hair products.  After one month of using the skincare , my face looks fairer and has an even tone.  I think the cleansing milk and cleanser will last until the end of  this month while the toner can last  until the end of March. So far using De Wajah , my face did not break out. For the past five months , I have not had any nasty pimple , perhaps I have normal skin not oily skin  I thought I have.  When I went to RY saloon in Kota Damansara the ladies said I have normal skin.  Perhaps I mistakenly diagnosed my skin all this while..... The price for the basic set normal and dry skin is about RM 260 but you can get some discount at most shops .

Herb roast chicken and potato gratin

My mother got a new  oven , so I made a herb roast chicken last night using rosemary and thyme , butter and zest of lemon and the juice. It was not easy to do trussing. The oven had to be heated.  I made   potato gratin too. So about 12.00 midnight the chicken was ready  to be eaten.  My mother and I ate a quarter of the chicken. She  said that the it is nice to eat this kind of roast chicken once awhile. I bought a teriyaki roast chicken from Jusco just  last week.

I find that  adding  lemon in the chicken's cavity made the chicken bitter ,so the   next time I will use  lemon garlic salt instead. I will try to find the salt at Cold Storage one of these days.Today Nas and her children and Rafiq and his family are here for the holidays. His newborn son,  Rayyan.Z is in the hospital because of yellow fever.
This afternoon my mother grilled another chicken and made  chicken soup for my sister in law , Ti..Tonight we saw the movie 'Delisa' and I made a pesto sauce with grilled aubergine. 

Olay Natural White

I switched to Olay  Natural White early this year. This cream is supposed to eliminate dark spots and and brown spots. Since I have used the Olay classic a lot in the past , I think Olay White would be fine for  me. At first when I used this cream , it stung . Perhaps it is because my face was sensitive , as always I try the cream again . I use the cream at day time.  Nowadays it is  ok .   I like this cream and I think  Iwill continue to use  this cream in the future .  I find my brown spots are  getting smaller .

Zende Restaurant and Mal

My sister Yati came back  on the 12th January. Nas came back on the 19th , so they had a sleepover at the  Seri Pacific hotel . They treated us with a buffet dinner at Zende restaurant.  Thank you for the lovely treat .  The food was nice . He he he.  

Mal got his ticket to Saudi at last , and he departed on the 23rd of January. Alhamdulillah. My mother said that at last she can go to  sleep.  My father had invited his friends from the mosque after Suboh prayers for  a small gathering .  So the last child had finally made his way for his studies. He said that it is  cold in Madinah nowadays.
