Trip to Cameron Highlands

About a month ago . My twin sisters gave me a treat to Cameron Highlands . We went to the Lake House at the Ringlet Tanah rata. The journey took 3 hours according to Google maps. We went with my sister's Honda. As usual my nephew who looks like Keanu Reeves started to open the radio especially Hotel California. Now in 2017 it's Descapito.

- My sister asked whether it was like Middlesex . Close enough. Our friendly Manager was very obliging and showed the straight path. I've wanted to try and sleep on an English four poster with winds howling in the air. So to all Malaysians and anyone come to Malaysia . This is party time . Even the pine -apple man is here. Tell him I am a man I have an Apple.  I am an Apple man ..... He he he

Blue Moon

I feel like I'm in a lunar moon again . It's the four blue moons together . With four festivals blend in a matter of days . I feel like it's yesterday that I sat in a similar marble top somewhere in time . And a smaller marble top table in the kitchen. It's like De javu all over again . 

To all my friends where ever you  are  we will see each other from time time . To all Muslim readers Selamat Hari Raya Aidil Adha and to sacrifice what is necessary for repentance. Ramboo Care

Ramboo care is a traditional Malay herbs inhalant. I first got to know about this product when my mother entered a competition. The product is made of 100% marinated Malay herbs. Rita Rudaini's Gincu Gincu in Dangerous

Rita Rudaini is one of the gorgeous Malay actresses around .  . Her skin is flawless and fair . She has come out with her own skincare ,perfume and lip colour line  called Gincu Gincu  . This lip colour is a matte liquid  lip colour named  Dangerous . This is a bright pink colour. It dries out to become a pinky powder colour . It is not for the faint hearted but it is a  good lip colour none the less  . 

Today is Aidil Fitri. My parents had gone out with my brothers Mal and Jiji  to  Kampung Baru . Other siblings will come for a  family gathering on the 28th of June next Wednesday . Yatie my sister  has came back from Dubai last Wednesday .  My sister Nas and family  will only come back in July.

Mustika Ratu Cucumber Cleansing Milk and toner

I have used nearly  all the variants of the cleansing milk and toner available from Mustika Ratu. In my thirties I used the rose cleansing duo for dry and sensitive skin. Later I used Sari Jeruk for problem skin . Now in my fifties I use the Cucumber duo for oily skin.  The cucumber cleansing milk is gentle with cucumber extract and vitamin E. This is my makeup remover at the moment.

 Then I bought the cucumber face toner in case I don't want to wash my face. It contains vitamin A,E,F to refresh and maintain moisture to the skin. I usually go back and forth to skin care I like in the past. I am careful not use products that are quite new and have much promises. I would try something from the pharmacy or the ones that has been around for some time ten years or more. I would get one two large pimples when I use new products. So I try new  pimple creams . Mustika Ratu products are available at Mydin, Sogo ,Wellness Pharmacies and at their spa in  Taman Shamelin Perkasa. They have a counter at one of the Jusco stores .
The price of the cleansing milk is about RM 12.60 and the toner is RM 11.00 . I bought these products at Wellness pharmacy which is under Aeon Jusco.

Citra Bengkoang Indonesia Hand and body lotion

I am glad I can find Citra hand and body lotion at Guardian. I have used this lotion for  a long time . Last time it has a brown top and it was  in a smaller bottle  . Usually when there is  a sale I can buy two lotion at once

Bengkoang or Sengkuang which is called in  Malaysia is well known for it's  whitening properties. This  lotion is   in a 400 ml bottle .There is a smaller size of a  250 ml bottle .  Bengkoang is also known as Jicama ,Mexican yam bean or Mexican turnip . I like this lotion . 

I don't have to buy another hand lotion . The lotion is light  and absorps  into the skin very quickly .

 Bengkoang  has been used by the Javanese royal family or Keraton to make the skin softer and fairer. Citra has been around for 30 years. It is one of the many products from Unilever Indonesia . There are many variants of this lotion  .The ones available at Guardian are the  Pearly white , the lasting white uv and the night whitening.  After this I will try the Pearly white lotion  instead as  there is a sale going on until July . The normal price of this lotion is RM 13.90.

Beesline Whitening lifting Night cream

This is a night cream I bought when I went to Mecca. I bought it from  Al Halwani pharmacy a the Abraj Al Bait   tower near the Haram Mosque . Like my father who loves to look around the markets , I have a weakness for pharmacies. Beesline as it's name uses apitheraphy or bees products  in their skin care products. They have been around for 20 years.     There is a sweet story about how this  company started . They have a day cream and a cleanser but I bought the night cream . It is in a 50 ml jar   with a golden top .

The colour of this  cream is pale yellow . It is not light cream . It is also for whitening ,lifting  and  to prevent wrinkles  . They use an innovative formula called LumiMax .  After nearly a month of using this night cream , my skin looks good.  The blemishes and dents are still there . I use Mario Badescu drying cream to fade the blemishes  . I have two to three pimples and I never thought of using the night cream until one day. 

Products with natural products like this are good to  diminish pimples. The pimples have receded . There's only spots to take care of.  This cream is formulated without   parabens, hydroquinone,kojic acid and other harsh ingredients. This product is from Lebanon and it is available at a few middle east countries  such as Saudi and UAE among others.  I like this night cream . There are other creams using bees products like bees venom which are available in Malaysia that I would like to try  .
