Ayla Myra Mixed serum

I have some scars which bugged me for some time. I bought some serum from Ayla Myra. It is a local  company. The serums I bought are the purifying /scar  serum for acne and the scar. Another serum is  the stemcell peptide  serum which is  more for deeper scars . Like the dents that I have. There are 10 bottles in a box . Five  of each serum . It comes in a bright pink box. 

These two serums are among the most popular serums. The stemcell serum is formulated with Swiss apple stem cell extract ,a blend of amino acid and two different peptides. I prefer the stemcell serum.  The serum bottle is  in a 3.5 ml  bottle and you are supposed to use it 3 times. A box would last 15 days. I used it more than that. I find that the stemcell serum worked . I can see that my scars has lessened.Two boxes would  help even more. The people at Ayla Myra suggested  to use the serum for about two months or more . Soap Cellar

Sometime in November last year, I thought of making my own face cream. I have a chunk of beeswax that I don't use. I read that beeswax does not expire . Then I realized that  I need to have a Halal preservative if I do use water in the cream.

So I decided to make face oil instead but I wanted a 60 ml glass dropper bottle. I searched the net for some local vendors. There are some . I found Soap cellar a company based in Penang. I found the 50 ml bottle to my delight . The company has a store in Tanjung Bunga . I also  bought almond oil and  red rose tea. This company also sells equipment and raw material   to make body or face cream. They have borage oil if you are interested. Bedak Harum Nasila

This is another traditional skincare product which is still used until this day. It is a face powder which is made from a stone found in the ocean. It is widely used in the Northern states of peninsular Malaysia.

My mother said she has used this powder when she was young.  That would be more than 50 years ago. This powder could  help with rashes,  blackheads, pigmentation, pimples and to help  smoothen the face. You can use it at night or after you wash your face. Most of the users  are happy with this powder. It could be used as a daily face powder.

This powder comes in a circular chunk with a puff.  It has a nice fragrance. Whenever I used this powder I would get a breakout  So I would use this powder sparingly. You can find this powder at most Jamu shops. The  price of this powder is RM 8.00.
